Job Description

The Collections Field Officer will be responsible for the timely recovery of outstanding debts. You will be responsible for meeting certain weekly and monthly targets. This position may require you to be out on the field 90% of your day actively collecting from certain clients or executing on certain office requests. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain assigned delinquency portfolio
• Making collection calls
• Making collection visits
• Prepare and deliver demand letters
• Collect payments
• Verify personal and business addresses

Requirements

  1. Bailiff license preferred

  2. 2+ years’ related experience preferred

  3. Must have a driver’s license

  4. Excellent investigating skills

  5. Excellent negotiation skills

  6. Strong written and verbal communication

  7. Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively

  8. Available to work on weekends as needed
