Job Description

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys talking with several people daily over the phone, in-person or virtually. The person we are lookinhg for should be very pleasant, with a friendly disposition and has a level of enthusiam and proactiveness to meet their daily tasks and goals, as well as being intuitive to understand customers needs and their sense of urgency when needed to ensure we are providing the highest level of customer service. The person should also enjoy working with a team and being willing to help the team with their daily tasks, as this role will be an essential part of the process for the team to meet their weekly and monthly goals.

Responsibilities

- Welcome all customers with genuine, and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person.
- Ensure superior customer service and customer satisfaction
- Clearly and effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, social and WhatsApp
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the company's services
- Work with internal teams to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Assist with verifications for loan requests
Help resolve inbound customer calls and customer issues
- Provide support to the loans team
- Available to work for 4 hours every other Saturday

Requirements


  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience

  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

  • Excellent written skills

  • Able to communicate clearly over the phone, in-person and virtual chats

  • Enjoy working on and with a team

  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
