  • Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.

  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • Sales Generation: Actively prospect for new leads and sales opportunities through site visits, cold calls, networking, and local events.

  • Client Management: Create, build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.

  • Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively present solutions to clients.

  • Marketing: Make an effort to find out about local events that align with our goals to promote othe company, products and services.

  • Reporting: Track all sales activities and client information and provide regular reports on sales performance.
