Mr. Brian Maddix is an executive with over a decade of experience specifically in credit and lending. Brian is a disciplined and dedicated professional with a remarkable track record of team building and business process development. His expertise includes risk management, risk assessment, delinquency management, and business strategy execution.

Floyd Billings retired from formal employment in 2019 and is currently enjoying life in retirement. He worked in the Informational Technology sector as a Mainframe Software Solution Professional for over 41 years.

Shanna Thompson serves as Director of Human Resources & Marketing at Regions Financial Services Jamaica Limited, where she plays a key leadership role in shaping the company’s customer engagement strategy, operational culture, brand development, and internal growth initiatives.
