Look back on 2024 Retrospection  

As the curtains closed in 2024, I took a moment to reflect on our journey. Over the past year we dedicated ourselves to improving our culture of excellence and we were rewarded greatly. Our commitment to excellence led to significant growth in revenue, partnerships, new customers and client retention. 

Some of our key achievements: 

Partnership with the Development Bank of Jamaica – Given the synergy in mission between DBJ and our company we were able to provide greater financial inclusion to MSMEs by providing access to funding for growth and expansion at some of the lowest rates in Jamaica. We expanded our product offerings to Tradespersons, our plumbers, masons, landscapers etc., a group that is often neglected due to the nature of their business operations. Our central mission in embracing this partnership is to contribute to the micro and macroeconomic development of Jamaica, the country we all love. 

Loyalty Rewards Programme Enrichment – We improved and refined our MyRFS Rewards, a loyalty programme designed to create redeemable value to you our loyal clients. One that is curated to reflect your status and the exciting benefits that comes with it. We share in the joy and fulfillment each time a client uses their reward points to make payments on their loan.
