Responsibilities

We are seeking a Collections Officer to join our Collections team, who will be responsible for managing and collecting on delinquent accounts while maintaining positive relationships with customers. This role involves communicating with borrowers to resolve outstanding payments, negotiating payment plans, and documenting all collection activities. The ideal candidate has strong and effective communication skills and a firm understanding of what it is required to encourage customers to fulfill their debt repayments.
