Follow up with customers to complete their loan application.
Interview potential customers.
Present approval application requests to management.
Prepare neccessary loan documents.
Market Regions Financial Services Loan Services to customers.
Meet monthly loan targets.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Comfortable working independently or as a team.
Provide reporting as needed.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a driven professional who is motivated to meet their monthly targets. As a Loan Officer you will be responsible for guiding customers through the loan application process, from initial contact to closing. This role involves gathering the necessary documents for loan applications, advising clients on suitable loan products and may include generating new leads. The ideal candidate is a sales-oriented individual with persuasive communication skills and enjoys working with different clients .
